Return Policy

Please note the following instructions for a smooth return process:


Return Period 

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that any time the package was waiting for collection at a post office does not count towards this period. You should ensure that the return is dispatched on time.


Conditions for Return 

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition without any damage or signs of wear. Please also include the provided dust bag with the shipment.


Proper Packaging 

Please pack your return carefully to ensure that the items are not damaged during transit. Do not use damaged packaging. Proper packaging is crucial to ensure a full refund.


Return Labels & Costs 

Returns within Germany are free of charge. Through our portal, you can easily print a DHL label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off at the station. Please also place your delivery note or return document inside the package. Return costs from abroad are borne by the customer. You are free to choose your preferred shipping service provider.

Refunds 

Once we receive and successfully inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days using your original payment method.
